1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using CrowdNotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the Service
CrowdNotes is a collaboration tool intended to help teams share notes during recruiting or networking events using Apple iCloud. You are responsible for any data you create, share, or distribute using the app. You agree not to use CrowdNotes for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.
3. iCloud and Apple Services
CrowdNotes relies on Apple iCloud and CloudKit to store and synchronize data. Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The developer has no control over Apple's services and is not responsible for any interruptions or changes to iCloud functionality.
4. Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any data you enter into CrowdNotes. You are also responsible for managing who you share your event data with via iCloud sharing features.
5. Limitation of Liability
CrowdNotes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer (Joe Ghalam) shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the app. You use CrowdNotes at your own risk.
6. Changes to the Service
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue CrowdNotes at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
