TrackMe records your bike rides, hikes and trips, keeps going in the background, and lets you save a journey and continue it later. Mark places with notes and photos, watch a live dashboard, and keep every bit of it on your own device.
TrackMe is a GPS tracker built for the kind of trips that take more than one go: a mountain bike ride, a backcountry hike, a road trip that covers several days. Start a recording, put the phone away, and TrackMe keeps tracking with the screen off. Stop for the night, and pick the same journey up the next morning — the stretches you didn't record, like a flight or a drive to the trailhead, are shown as a dotted line so the whole trip still reads as one story.
It also works as a handy dashboard while you move, with a big live speedometer, altitude and compass heading, plus a G-force meter for the car. Maps come from Apple Maps, and everything you record stays on your device — there is no account, no ads and no analytics.
Keeps recording with the screen off or while you use other apps, with a safe-save that protects your track if the app is ever closed unexpectedly.
Reopen any saved journey and continue it later. Each session becomes a colored segment, and unrecorded gaps show as dotted lines.
Mountain bike, road bike, hike, walk, run, travel or other, each with sensible speed, pace and auto-pause settings.
Follow yourself with a heading beam, auto-zoom with speed, and a smooth route line. Earlier segments of the journey stay visible in another color.
Mark a place with a title, notes, who you were with, and photos you can crop and mark up. Add markers to saved journeys afterwards by tapping the path.
A big speedometer dial, altitude and compass heading, with boxes you can swap around. Tap any box to hear its value read aloud.
A target that shows acceleration, braking and cornering, with the G level and peak values. Works with the phone mounted upright or lying flat.
See your time, distance and speed at a glance without unlocking your phone.
Pauses when you stop and resumes when you move, with a speed threshold you set for each activity.
A dark, dimmed look with a red accent when it gets dark, so the screen isn't glaring on night rides and drives.
Export tracks as GPX for other apps, or make a full backup file with waypoints and photos that you can import back later.
No sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no cloud. Your tracks, notes and photos stay on your device.
